Renault Scenic fuel cap door won't open

Can any one help me please. Central locking car and the fuel door won't open. Not sure what to do. Anyone else had this problem?

Checked fuses ? Should list in h/book .Battery o.k in remote / card ? This shows how to open fuel cap manually .
