Renault Megane timing belt failed

on the 02.11.10 i had an new timing belt renewed on my car on the same day i brokendown i had to ring out the RAC there found out the timing belt had fallen off so the rac men tow the car baclk to the garage i rang the garage up the next moring there repaired my car for nothing but 4 values had to replaced its taken them 10 hrs to repair my car i reacken it was close to £1000 inclueded labour

Whoever replaced timing belt slipped up badly for that to happen .Bent valves is the norm on that and many other makes when belt goes .
