Renault Megane blower will not work, electrical problem

blowers have been looked at by renault dealer could not fix it. Not problem with blower itself. Said it could mean extensive electrical checking. Please advise.

Can we have some more detail this? which model Megane do you have? to what degree doesnt it work? do you have air con or not? more please....?
