Renault Megane makes like a grinding/clunking noise when turning right

when i turn right it makes like a grinding/clunking noise and it gets worse the longer i drive it.

could be anything from worn brake pads, ball joint, cv joint wheel bearing etc etc.
Try and get a garage to have a look asap. You don`t want to be taking any risks.

If the noise comes out when your wheel is right to the end and moving the car then most likely is CV joint. Otherwise is broken spring

Agree with Dave, sounds like a cv Joint.If on lock is worse. Raise vehicle and inspect, more than likely a split CV gaiter will be a tell tale sign, while looking at the joint check the pads and spring as well.
