Renault Laguna rear brakes binding

if braking to hard rear pads stay on than release after while, same if i use the hand brake they stay on

Could be seized calipers - especially common on vehicles that have been stood for some time unused. If the pads are low this is even more likely.

I'd get it checked by the experts - safety first and all that.

Just to add to advice given by " Rmar " , h/brake prob could be cable / calliper linkage sticking .
