Renault Laguna starting / running / driving

Car: Renault Laguna
Variant: estate 205 petrol turbo
Model Year: 2006
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Hi, we got a laguna 205 petrol turbo in workshop, came from renault, as they can not fix it, it sometimes just cranks over and wont start, sometimes starts but wont rev up unless you gently press the pedal.
Renault replaced the following : turbo, coils, crank sensor, upstream oxygen sensor, boost sensor, and no joy, we have replaced throttle control flap with built in maf and ecu due to corrsion on pins, still no joy, no fault codes, and when on emmision machine seems to be running very lean on lambda.... running out of ideas, Any one got some new ones, thanks.

You have got your hands full with that .Dont really know much about that car to be honest .Couldn't be something like an engine coolant temp sensor or other sensor sending wrong signal , making it run too lean ? Cant suggest anything more , best of luck .

It will probably turn out to be one of those jobs , after spending hours on it , when you do find fault , you'll say " it was that stupid ******* thing that was causing it all along "

i know what you mean, must of spent about 25 hours on it so far. checking parameters, e.t.c.

still cant get this car to work, i have today spoken to renault uk, and they don't want anything to do with it, and if i find the problem, thay have asked me too let them know. I'm a master tech myself, and all sensors, voltages, parameters, settings are all good, What can you do , when the manufacture (renault) say they cant fix it???
