2006 Renault Laguna boot door will not open

Neither the boot door or the window in it will open. I can release the door from inside the car. The key fob activates all of the other doors, as does the internal switch. Does anyone have an easy fix? I'm guessing it's electrical.

Hi, this may be a silly question & poss solution.Do you know the open button on your keycard should be pressed & held for 5 seconds to open boot & petrol flap? Re the window not opening,I have no problems with that but don't know much about it. If the 5 second hold to open is being dine,it's more like the sensor. If you get into your car & feel the sunroof area,& it's all condensation,this is a cause for the sensor to blow,as too much condensation could be getting to it.Just a little bit of info. C.Mack.
