Renault Laguna water leak from under the dashboard

After some persistant rain, my Mk2 laguna estate has suddenly developed a water leak that has soak the drivers side front well. As the sound proofing under the dashboard is also soaked I assume that this eliminates the door seals, any ideas please. p.s. When I found the problem, I did check that the sunroof and windows were firmly closed. Thanks.

Could check in corners of bulkhead and see if drains are clear .A common cause of flooding in the passenger footwell is blocked drains in the heater air intake scuttle just in front of the windscreen .This can also damage the pollen fiter if water has been getting in. It also worth checking the drain pipes from the sunroof if fitted .
