Renault Laguna leaking door seals

Hi I know we have had a lot of rain over the summer(what summer i hear you saying)But my door seals on the passenger side have started to let in water.Can I do anythg about this. Would it be the door seal or could it be the seal along the bottom of the door on the car that I might have to change? Can I do this myself with out getting into a pickle.

Have you checked the door drains are clear ?

the problem with the door seals are caused by
not resealing the door panel with the mastic that renault use.renault say that if the door panel is taken off, you will need to reseal this.
if not when it rains heavily your footwell will be saturated. I know to well it has happened to me twice, until I found out from renault uk.
the door is supposed to be able to let rain run down inside the door. if not sealed this will happen.
