Renault Laguna noisy, when locking car and pulling to the left when driving

Car: Renault Laguna
Variant: 2.0 initiale auto
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Sorry to be cheeky two problems here just bought the car great value but two small problems. 1, When i lock the car via the remote their is a sort of screeching noise coming from what appears to be the doors as if something needs oiling, only does this when locking not opening.

2, The car is drifting to the left when driving and i have noticed that the steering whell is slightly off centre.
I have been to a wheel alignment garage and he said my tracking was within tolerance? He did not take any money, good garage;)
What else can it be? maybe the tyres? they have lots of tread on them but never heard of the make, should i put on better make of tyre and have the steering wheel straightened, thanks John.

have lower arm bushes checked ie lower swivels if wheel is out of line then you have a suspension issue moving steering wheel not feasable as wheel is keyed in place ie master spline. noise from locking is a faulty door latch solenoid. to find which door open all doors and close latches with screwdiver etc and operate fob key whilst placing ear to each latch in turn rinse and repeat
