HELLO I HAVE A RENAULT LAGUNA II 1.8 MANUAL GEARBOX I HAVE CHANGED 3 COMPRESSORS BUT WHEN IT IS WORKING IT MAKES A NOISE LIKE A NOISE OF A DAMAGED BALL BEARING.THE SYSTEM HAVE BEEN CHACKED FOR THE RIGHT PRESSURE AND IT WAS GOOD Ι ALSO CHANGE THE BELT .THE CAR IS USED AND IT HAS 152000 KM

are you sure the noise is coming from the a/c compressor.it could be a worn ancillary pulley such as pas or alternator.it seems unlikely that 3 a/c compressors would be faulty,you have another problem

thank you 2145 simon but i have chacked the pulley and they say that is good the noise by the way is stronger when the temperature i high 27C and lower when is about 20C-22C and the noise came out only when the compressor is engaged and you are speeding up i have seen as i said to you all the block from the side of the compressor except the dynamo -- the pomp of water and the tighter of the belt

when you had the new compressors fitted,was the pag oil put back in the ac system,renault air conditioning system have to be regassed correclty or the compressor will get knackered,if the ac system has a thermal expansion valve then check this is not faulty
