Have you checked EGR valve ? Read this , renault owners with same prob

the turbo should come in at round 1800/2000 revs, they are quite flat 1800 revs down, on the egr valve take it off and have a look to see if it isn't stuck open, clean i up make shall its closed put it back together take the vacuum pipe off and plug it with a screw or boil the same size as hole in pipe

I got absolutly same problem,no power up to 2000 rpm, where exactly located egr valve,i will try to clean it first or all.Thanks.

Re: megane 1.9dti - revving/power loss

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

it's bolted on the inlet manifold right hand side/passenger side of engine with 2 13mm bolts and a small alu pipe going to the exhaust manifold, and a small rubber vacuum pipe on it hope this helps
