2010 Renault Laguna hi, more help needed. six speed manual gearbox, 2.0 diesel engine, gearbox noisy especially in fifth and sixth gear. changed oil with additive which helped a bit, any ideas, thanks

The best knob assembly broke apart. So purchased another and although it's replaced everything as it was it now goes into reverse without pulling up the bottom of the heat knob that you used to have to do to get it in reverse??? Any ideas would be appreciated

No idea what " The best knob assembly " is . If noisy , usually worn gearbox bearings .
