Renault Kangoo van doesn't get all power in 3,4 and 5th gears over 3000 revs

Model Year: 2004

First 2 gears are no problem but when on motorway or main road it is impossible to pass cars because when changing into the top 3 gears I don't get all the power until the revs get past 3500 revs and then it takes off . Then next gear is the same and so on . Any suggestions great fully received on how to get van back to how it used to be with all power all the time

Check any fuel filter if fitted .
