Renault Espace battery drain

Since replacing cam cover/inlet manifold I have had battery drain almost overnight and radio doesn't turn of when I switch car of as it used to so I turn it off by the switch but battery still drains. I have no warning lights on the dash. Is this a patristics drain??All fuses are ok and none blown. Is it possible it could be cam shaft sensor as I know this can drain battery but like I said I have no warning lights. ..HELP!!!
