Renault Clio sudden loss of power, trouble starting, engine light, sensor & coil lights

Car will suddenly go into “limp mode” and won’t go over 15mph. Engine warning (sensor and coil) lights come on, first time garage couldn’t replicate, and it worked ok for a couple of weeks, second time air filter was cleaned and it’s been fine for around 5 weeks, happened again and now garage says needs new throttle?

If they have scanned it and that is fault showing , hard to dispute findings
