Renault Clio at high revs the car doesn’t go though the gears it just sit at high revs until you manually change gear

If I drive the car normally I have 0 problems how ever if I put my foot down and get to high revs the car will just say in each gear until I change it manually

Could be many things but needs to be scanned for fault codes with suitable equipment that can read transmission / modules and settings
