Renault Clio abs & break light stay's on

Car: Renault Clio
Variant: Expression 1.2 5Dr
Model Year: 2002
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
This morning while driving the ABS & Break light came on the dashboard.

I read the user manual and it indecated the break fluid may be low.

I have checked the fluid and it is on the max but the lights will not go out.

Does anyone know what this could be?

some times these come on due to something earthing out along the brake circuit check the front brake pads as these have a wearout wire which i think may be earthing out usually indicating pads low and need replacing hope this helps
