Renault Clio steering noise

When statairy if you move the steering wheel I have a clucking sound it happen when you move the wheel either left or right.

Hi it will probably be the bearings at the top of the front springs shock absorbers unit.

Not sure what year they changed to EPS on that car , but if the old hydraulic pump , check fluid level and belt .
