Renault Clio car loses rev in 1st gear

hi i have 1.4 16v clio 2001 it has a problem in 1st gear it loses rev and stalls its been on the diagonstic machine twice they found nothing , i have had 2 new air idle valve (stepper) new ht leads still doing it , it hunts from 1000 to 750 rev then drops to zero any clues please

Clean or replace the throttle body...
