BLACK SMOKE IS BILLOWING FROM THE EXHAUST WHEN REVVING IN LOW GEARS.LOSS OF POWER WHEN PULLING OFF. ENGINE LIGHT ON ALL THE TIME. I HAVE HAD THE EGR VALVE CLEANED WHICH SOLVED THE PROBLEM FOR A WHILE,BUT NOW IT HAS RETURNED WITH A VENGENCE.IF I GET A NEW EGR VALVE WILL THIS KEEP HAPPENING ? OR WILL I HAVE TO REPLACE THE JETS ?

Take a look at united diesel.co.uk. There are so many causes of black smoke and loss of power. Would not like to say which one in case I get it wrong...
