Renault Captur the radio/satnav,dose not respond

no radio cant get into settings etc. booked into RENAULT,they could not fix the problem,tried reboot and tried to reconfigure but nothing helped !!. they said would need a new unit.£900!!

Quite right to be disgusted with failing unit on that year and mileage .If car bought from that dealership and full service history , you could ask Renault to make a contribution to replacing as a company gesture . No harm in trying
