Renault 10 air in fuel lines

Car: Renault 10
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Engine & Drivetrain
Hello
I have air in fuel pipe between pump to primer bulb ( bulb filter pipes all ok).
I was told there could be some problem with the fuel pump making a vacuum and pulling air from some-ware.Is there some kind of valve in pump or fuel tank preventing the fuel to return to tank ?
please help

i would double check all your pipes, union fittings including any copper washers on banjo fittings also any seals on the bowl and fuel filter just a small twist or nick could cause problems or a damadged or missing washer would cause it to draw air
