Porsche 911 dents in rear panel

Car: Porsche 911
Variant: 996 Carrera 4
Model Year: 2002
Categories: Leaks & Noises
What's the best way to get the dents seen in the picture removed? The dents are very shallow, you can see them where the reflection is swirling.

Would this be doable for one of those paintless dent removal companies? Or will it need to go in to be filled/resprayed?

Very difficult panel to get access to, might end up needing a hole to be drilled in the door shut area.

On a car like this I'd take it to a body shop and have it stripped/filled/resprayed.

Will be expensive to get it done properly.
