Peugeot RCZ heater fan

All the internal hearer lights work fine but the fan itself seems completely dead. Tried checking all obvious fuses. Any one seen similar or know of any hidden line fuses which might cause this?

if it doesn't work at all it is probably the fan itself at fault but could also be a resistor fault
