Sorry should add its had a new diesel pump fitted and cam belt but still won't fire

It's a peugeot partner 1.6 engine 09 plate and reads 9HW

Do you have or can get a scanner?
If not then is there any movement/register on the rev counter when cranking?
Any needle movement at all?

That's my guess,
CAS is behind the crank pulley on these so damage is possible when doing a belt.
Or could be just a loos CAS plug.

if the crank pulley was refitted and the bolt tightened using and impact gun then I would say the rotor for sensor is u/s
