Hi please can anyone help

our peugeout 807 automatic has started to chug in all gears and even in neutral... we can also see lots of black smoke/ unburnt diesel coming from the exhaust when it chugs! its got to the point where its impossible to drive it now!! we have just had a depollution fault fixed which cost over £800! as it was going in to limp mode every time we drove it... that seems to have been sorted but now we have this more recent problem!! please if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.. thanks

Black smoke in a diesel means overfueling.or not enough air.
First step is change your air filter then it's time to check the fault codes,it may be just a faulty air flow meter but it could be a leaking injector, fault code reading will narrow it down.
Getting the injetors out of these can be a headache so if the fault codes don't show much then it's an injector leak back and pressure test.
Not something all garages are equiped to do so I reccomend checking the book for a diesel injection specialist and booking it in.

sounds like an egr fault or maybe a sticking/malfunctioning air dozer.
