Peugeot 806 engine will not start

fitted new 8 valve 2.0 litre engine due to snaped cambelt engine fitted fine started up great first time left running turned off to fit bumper and lights started up again no problem left overnight ready for test drive following day and now wont start maakes loud clicking noise from one green relay and buzzes from black box near to ecu unit does not tur n over at all and battery fully charged just makes the above noise on ignition two
