Peugeot 508 wing mirrors folded in, and will not come out again

turned engine off, and the wing mirrors folded in, this does not usually happen till the car is locked, they will not come out again!

Double check position of all window control buttons . If not that , check owners h/book which should show list of fuses which usually have a few related to mirrors and need checked
