Peugeot 508 ticking from behind dash

I have a peculiar ticking noise from behind the dash when heating or cooling.
Its not expansion noise, but lick a clockwork sound, only when the Climate Control is in use. Any ideas?

With that year of car , take back to dealer for checking if in doubt.
