Peugeot 407 air con/heating half working

My air con/heating only works on the passenger side (up on dash, side vents and footwell). My drivers side just has random warm air. Weve checked fuses (after suggestion in Haynes manual) and all are fine but now we're stuck for ideas. Any clues would be great. Thanks
