hi,when starting car I wiggle the steering wheel, there's a creaking noise also sounds when driving

Could check steering column joint and try spraying with WD40.

Get someone else to do the wiggling while you listen to the top of the shocks under the bonnet.
I've no idea how many of these I've done on Pugs over the years!
If I'm right it's the top shock mount/bearings.
