Peugeot 406 intermitant flashin air bag light and hand break light staying on dim

air bag light will go off stay off for days then stay on for days and the hand break light will go from bright red to dim when hand break released new discs and pads front n rear fitted 5 month ago please help

Unless someone else tells me different I would say they are unrelated.
Have you tried adjusting the hand break light switch. Can't remember for the life of me what car it was but one needed adjusting to put the light out.
As for the airbag SRS light I would get the codes read.
Could be a fault somewhere in the system or a bad lead

It was the 406 that had the hand break light on
It is down to adjustment on the little tab on the switch on the handle, had to do ours.
Took me a few days to remember lol
