Peugeot 406 boot wont open

my boot wont open. press the button but it wont release.

catch jammed you will have to go in from the rear seat and play with the catch from inside you may find that if you repossition the catch it will be ok

i had the same problem with my laguna in your boot on the left or right side of your boot behind the inertia there might be a broken wire easy to fix.
