Peugeot 308 sat nav displaying system failure

Periodically when starting up the car the sat nav will display 'system failure' the message will then disappear but the sat nav will start navigating me to random places, it is as if a button is being pressed all the time. Anybody else had this issue?

Could be many things , need to check if software may need updating
