Peugeot 308 electrical circuit fault message comes on for about 5 seconds then it goes out and service light stays on could anyone help please.

The only way you will find out is to scan it for fault codes and see what has triggered the light

I have this on my car. I’ve had a new battery. Now the light has come on again. But no codes showing up. I’ve been told the circuit board needs checking.

You should start a new post giving your car details rather than tag on to another post. Could be whatever you scanned it with was not capable of retrieving the fault codes .If you had battery problems causing it needing replaced , you could check the alternator charging rate . But without the codes , a total guess as many possible causes
