Peugeot 308 seat installation

I had to take all the 'middle seats' out. Putting them back I've inadvertently put the offside one incorrectly into its anchorage points,
i.e. one front and one back in locked position, before I could get the other front anchorage correct. Thus seat is locked into one front and one back anchorage point only.
Help! How do I release them from the anchorage points, so I can perform the correct procedure to put it into all four anchorage positions?
