Car: Peugeot 307
Variant: 1.6 HDI
Model Year: 2006
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
Hello, please can any of u lovely men help this women in distress. I have an awful Peugeot 307 HDI turbo looks nice but always in the garage getting fixed. I wan to sell it bow BUT got to major faults with it I don't want to take it to the dealers they going to rip me off. Fault 1. There is a triangle with an exclamation Mark in it, and it flash "risk of filter blockage" I took it to the local garage an spent soo much on it I had to replace the fuel gauge sensor and some sort of red fluid.
This hasn't fixed the problem the lights are still there, however the car works perfectly fine no problems.

2. The mileage reader is showing fault of "OFF LINE 70" on some days it will change to offline 68 or 72. When the garage put it on the machine to read the faults no faults are showing everything Is showing fine and clear. Please please can you help I don't know wa to do. I'm soooo confused

It sounds like you have had a new fuel cap sensor fitted and your serine tank topped up. Did the local garage reset the counters in the engine management ecu and the particulate filter ecu( if seperate)? Hopefully a "Main dealer" will not rip you off but carry out the rest of the reset procedure for you. As for your second fault i have never come across this but a read of all ecu's by a main dealer should hopefully pinpoint your fault.

Thanks mate I've made the local mechanic aware he said he already done that. I've booked it in with the main dealer next week :((((
