Peugeot 307 climate control stuck on full heat both sides

the climate control does not respond to the temp dials.
started on one side now both.
Had a similar problem when under warrantee.

sounds like it could be servo problem for temperature control valve,does the temp display go up and down?could even be a switch pack fault,do you know what the problem was before when it went wrong?

the gearing has probably failed on the motor to the flap.you can get a modified kit for both sides which have new gears.

Looks like your right, took the motor off and the cogs are stripped.
Any idea of the part no?
