According to earlier posts , you have had the tracking done twice recently ? Is it a different garage doing it now ? Cant understand how if t/rod end turned it doesn't alter alignment reading .

get a full steering geometry check done, this will check everything from camber and castor to wheel alignment,if the body is bent or damaged this will show up,has the car been involved in an accident to your knowledge,if the right tie rods were fitted then the tracking should be adjusted to with in spec,so there must be something on the body or suspension that is bent/damaged

i have had all the work done at the same garage had the geometry done everything straight and never been in a accident that i no of the garage cant work it out on guy said it is the steering rack ram being pushed in when turning the tierod but i would have thought the rack would be leaking if thats the case

Has the track rod been tightened properly at the rack? If not there is a possibility whilst turning the track rod to adjust tracking it may be coming undone at rack!
