Peugeot 307 fuel line

my pug has gone through three fuel pipes from the pump to the fuel rail peugeot say new fuel rail required did this at a most anoying of price still it leaked they then replaced the pipe again but a month in between each pipe it leaks from between the nut and the pipe on the fuel rail side any help would be welcome jock

is it definately leaking from there and not the pressure sensor underneath?

hi it is coming from inbetween the nut and the pipe it is like a fountain every time it gets tighten it lasts ten mins then starts a gain some one said it could be the wrong hdi pump my car is a 90bh not a 110bh and had a new hdi pump fitted as old one was breaking up inside

i think pumps are the same...is it the correct pipe and is it being tightened to correct torque. if correct pipe then suspect joint at rail u/s which unfortunately does mean new rail!

i have had new one fitted at a very high cost it is new pipe from peugeot it has a olive like fitting on the end and so im told that it cant be fitted wrong as it seats it self when tightened

they can sit wrong if one end is tightend fully before the other has seated.
