This is going to come across as unhelpful but.....
I use Peugeot Planet diagnostic software to read codes and live data.
And a combination of a hand help vacuum pump/gauge and an oscilloscope for signal output waveforms.
None of this is really going to help you unless you have a few grand ling around doing nothing,
Best suggestion would be buy one of the cheap "Peugeot Planet" programs/interfaces on Ebay.
They're around £100 or so.
And like Renault there;s just no substitute for dealer level diagnostics .
But even then operating it and understanding what it's telling you will take quite some time to learn.
