Peugeot 307 when i beep my horn my lights and wipers automatically come on??

My car horn stopped working. When i press it instead of a noise the lights and wipers come on instead???

Tried an exorcist !!!Could check earth cable from engine to body and check but may be the coms unit /wiper /indicator stalk switch .
