Dont know too much about the electrics on that car to be honest but found this reference to dash panel light fuse , might help[ you .

BSI Fuse 24 Blown

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Model: PEUGEOT 307

Symptoms: All lights on dash blacked out, instruments, radio, and multifunction display not working.

Description of the problem -There has been one known instance where the instrument panel harness has rubbed and worn through on the sharp edges of the steering column bracket. Consequently a wire short-circuited to ground which caused fuse 24 in BSI to blow. The damage to the harness was about 20 cm back from the instrument panel terminal.
The repair was not very difficult. The damaged wire was repaired with insulating tape and the harness secured to the steel bracket.
We believe the same problem could occur in any other 307 where the wiring harness is not correctly secured.
