Peugeot 307 lack of power

Car: Peugeot 307
Variant: HDi Diesel
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Problem with my diesel Peugeot 307. Recently been suffering severe lack of power.

Starts off ok in morning but after a run on the motorway suddenly loses power in acceleration. Totally unresponsive and sluggish. Gets up to speed eventually but struggles to pull away from going slow. DOES NOT like hills. Revs up ok while standing still. The more used during the day the worse it seems to get.

Code read it,I suspect itll come up with codes for low/none turbo boost pressure, there's a couple of solenoids and hoses ecu controled for your turbo, any of them not working and your turbo goes to it's default setting i.e. no boost, the wastegate is open and dumping until the vacuum operated solenoids kick in.

If its a 110 hdi there is warm air dozer that can stick so when vehicle is cold you get boost .the dozer can get gummed up and can stick

Not sure that car has a turbo. How do I tell for definite, not noted in Vehicle Registration document (or that I can see anyway). Car is a 1398cc.
