Peugeot 307 heater never warms up enough to heat the car

The heater in my car never gets realy warm. I drive 25 miles to work and the car heater never goes off cold. It only moves off cold if i am stuck in traffic.

Sounds like the thermostat is stuck in the open position,it's meant to be closed until the coolant temp reaches 88 then opens to let the coolant circulate,if it's stuck open then the coolant flows through the radiator and it'll never get to operating temp in this weather.
I can't be any more specific as you weren't,you didn't say which engine or fuel the car runs????
