Peugeot 307 no power nothing works

my 307 sw keeps losing all power to the car nothing work lights nothing dont even make a noise to start but after jumping it its fine it will work for 2 days then do it all again please help ( the battery shows 13.9 V and when switched off it shows 12V)

Sounds like a weak cell in battery , get it load tested .
