Peugeot 306 parked up for a year suspension siezed

my peugeot 306 has been parked up for a while (1 year) and the rear suspension has seized can anyone recommend a quick fix? or a cheap way of repairing it
any suggestions would be highly appreciated

you could try putting some weight in the boot and drive it over speed humps sounds odd but it does work assuming its not to bad, failing that its a new beam from the breakers yrd will cost you around £100 quid and a few hours to fit
