Peugeot 3008 no power and juddering at lower speeds

Car: Peugeot 3008
Variant: 1.6 sport
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
My 3008 has started juddering at lower speeds and a warning has also come on saying "Anti Pollution Filter fault". This has gone away but I am sure it will return. Also the cooling fan remains on when the ignition is switched off and can only be stopped by disconnecting the battery.
Any ideas?

Sounds like DPF(filter in exhaust) fault should be in handbook how to do a regeneration on it. usually good long run down motorway at a steady 70mph 20-30mins would do the regen if it is DPF.Also fan will stay on with this fault.hope this helps

Thanks for the comment very helpful. All seems fine ok. But if it returns I will try your suggestion.
