Peugeot 208 touchscreen problems

Car: Peugeot 208
Variant: 1.2
Model Year: 2013
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
My touchscreen keeps going blank and not working when starting the car. I have taken the fuse out and put back in and it worked. Now had the same problem again so replaced the fuse and it hasn't worked.

I keep noticing on both these occasions its when I just put the key in the egnition with not turning to start the car straight away, it seem to muck up the touchscreen. Any suggestions to why? Or if you think that may be the problem.

Cant say for certain , but may be faulty screen . If you have a local car audio centre might be worth letting them see it and asking them for advice

From looking online, people seem to be having problems with the touchscreen going blank.

So I've tried the fuses. Maybe I should disconnect the battery, ad that comes up as a suggestion to try.

The screen looks in very good condition so don't see why there be a fault with it.

Just seems minor one moment it works and then it doesn't.

Worth a try disconnecting the battery for a short time and then hooking it up again .Sometimes works .

I did disconnect the battery for a few seconds but didn't work. Or does it need to be disconnected for longer?

I have taken the 20amp fuse out for the touch screen to see if maybe leaving it out for abit will help before putting back in.

Any other suggestions welcome. Thanks.
